Last week, I went to Batam factory with an auditor from Hong Kong. The purpose for this visit was to get China Quality Certification so that the products can be sold in China. In order to get the certification, the factory has to be very organized in the sense that the procedures for every task in every departments have to be documented very clearly. For example, the procedures to design a product are: Get Specification from Customer -> Design -> Approval from Customer -> Production. Here is just a brief idea how a set of procedures is like.
Then, I think, to become a great speaker, what the procedures are. I came out with a very simple flow chart.
First, we have to do research. Next, to practise the outcome of what we have researched. And then, try to improve from the pratice that you have made. Finally, start all over again, to do research -> practise -> improve. Keep on doing this again, again and again. Even though you have become a great speaker, you still have to continuously doing these….
