On 19th September 2007, I had to wake up at 5am. Early in the morning, I had to go to pick up a guest at River View Hotel at 8:30am, together with him, we visited Batam Factory together for 3 days 2 nights.
As usual, I would always plan to reach the destination before 30 minutes. From my home to the hotel, the journey was around 40 minutes. What should I do for the 70 minutes? Then, I remembered I have a set of Brain Tracy Audio files about how to manage your time effectively and I listened to them attentively when I went out from my house.

=> If you need to type everyday, you have to master the correct way of typing.

=> Develop a sense of urgency – DO IT NOW!

=> Avoid the unnecessary tasks to complete your job.

=> Look back in your past one year activities and decide whether these are the jobs that you want to do.
17) Practise zero based Thinking
=> Knowing what you now know you won’t start up again today, if you had to do it again.
18) Set clear posteriorities
=> Posteriorities are activites that you have to discontinue doing.
19) Keep your life in balance
=> The reason you are working is to earn enough to enjoy your family life. Keep your career and family in balance.
20) Plan every project carefully
=> You are project manager throughout your life. Start each project with a clear idea.
21) Be intensely action oriented
=> Take actions over and over again towards a goal. Only action is ACTION.
